Loubna
Drissi, Teacher
Mrs. Drissi holds a teacher's degree from
the "Centre de Formation des Instituteurs," as well as a
Bachelor's in French and Linguistics from the University of
Casablanca (Morocco). She recently received the Child Development
Associate degree from the District of Columbia. She has been
teaching at FMS for 6 years. Mrs. Drissi is raising two daughters. |

Virginie
Mahaux, Lead Teacher
A native of Belgium, Mrs.
Mahaux holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from L'Ecole Normale
de Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium). Prior to joining our school, Mrs. Mahaux taught students ranging from grade 1 to 4 in the city of
Charleroi in Belgium. She has been teaching at FMS for 6 years.
Mme Mahaux has one daughter. |

Alicia Soudée, Teacher
Originally from Blacksburg, VA, Mrs. Soudée holds a Masters in
International Education from the George Washington University in
Washington D.C. She specialized in Early Childhood Development, earning the Child Development Associate Degree in the District
of Columbia. Mrs. Soudée has been teaching at FMS for 4
years. |

Delphine Owona, Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Owona grew up in Normandy,
France, and is currently in the process of completing her Bachelor's
Degree in Education at the University of Maryland. She is the proud
mother of three children. |

Marie Jeanne Pesme, Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Pesme graduated from
the French Early Childhood Professional Certificate as well as
the Children's Nurse Program. She has worked in several
Halte-Garderies (nurseries) around Paris where she worked
primarily with toddlers. She recently obtained the Child
Development Associate Degree from the District of Columbia. She has
been part of the FMS family since 2006 and is raising
three children. |

Nathalie Tebeka, Assistant Teacher
Ms. Tebeka is a native of Canada and grew up in France where she
completed her pediatric nursing degree (diplôme
d'auxiliaire de puériculture). Her dedication to the early
childhood field as well as her many years of experience working in
French nurseries make her the newest addition to the team.

Peggy Pacot, Ph.D.
Dr. Pacot was born and raised
in France. She obtained Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in Modern Literature and then specialized in Linguistics and
Bilingualism for her graduate studies and obtained a Ph.D. in Language
Sciences from the University of Lyon, France. Dr. Pacot's research
focused on second language acquisition in young children and compared
the cognitive implications of such acquisition in American and French
students. Dr. Pacot's love and expertise for classic arts translate
into the curriculum where music & instrument instruction as well as
theater are emphasized. She has two daughters.
