The Cordero Parent Support Committee (CPSC) serves as the parent association of The French Maternal School. Established in the spring of 2015 by a group of dedicated parents, the organization was created to support the students, families, and teachers of the school community. The committee operates through the efforts of volunteer parents who work together to strengthen connections within the school and enhance the overall experience for families.

Structure

The CPSC is organized through a Board of Directors consisting of four officers:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary

In addition, several standing and ad-hoc committees support the association’s activities and initiatives, including:

  • Meet and Greet Committee
  • Parent Get-Together Committee

These committees help coordinate programs, events, and initiatives that contribute to a vibrant and supportive school community.

Annual Contribution

The CPSC suggests an annual voluntary contribution of $200 per family. These funds help support various activities and programs organized by the association, including:

  • Teacher appreciation gifts
  • Buddy programs that welcome new families
  • Library-related initiatives
  • Social gatherings and community events for parents and students

Legal Status

The CPSC operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means that all contributions and donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
